I identify as a Builder, and have a Computer Science and Finance background. I've led diverse teams towards productive outcomes in various setups including that of a DAO, Non-Profit, Open Source, and Corporate. Currently, I'm driving a venture called Partnr Network in the Talent Acquisition space that facilitates cross border opportunities spanning India, UAE, US, UK, and Singapore. Skill graphs are designed to tackle the classic Principle - Agent problem which leaves most Employees at the mercy of Managers. It advocates for the basic Right of an Employee to own Proof of their daily Performance. Partnr Network's Skill Protocol enabled by Skill Graphs of individuals powers a 100x value add over current Talent Acquisition methods. This drastically reduces the Cost and Time of Quality Hire. This infrastructure can be coupled with existing Job Boards, Application Tracking Systems, Learning and Development Systems, and Talent Platforms to optimize their processes. Regardless of the existence of Partnr as a team, the Protocol continues to thrive.  In the long run, I foresee this evolving into a Self Governing Digital Jurisdiction of its own. Human Potential has been at the core of every economy over the ages. History is bound to repeat with the Blockchain Economy as well. Partnr's protocol is a tool to quantify human potential on-chain to allow for complete participation, thus optimizing processes of this economy. In the next few decades, such Digital Jurisdictions will co-exist with the current Physical Jurisdictions. It's the image of a better form of functioning democracy.
