With more than 10 years of work experience in Fintech and Transportation domains, I am a Senior Product Manager at Porter, a leading online platform for logistics and transportation in India. I graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi with a First Class Honours in 2013. At Porter, I lead the Retention charter, which is responsible for engineering growth in Transactions per Customer and Retention metrics through product initiatives. I have successfully launched Porter's flagship subscription program called Porter Gold, and its loyalty program called Porter Rewards, achieving a remarkable 5% lift in Transactions per Customer on a huge base of approximately 4 million monthly trips and INR 200 Crore+ MRR in 3 quarters. I have also set up the company-wide process of continuous product discovery via user research, and utilised user feedback loops for continuous product development.
