Hello, I am Debasmita Das. At 17, I started my firm, the main aim was to minimize the cost involved in the production and execution of books launched in the market, and provide budding writers a chance to publish their works. I and my co-founders would go about making 40% profit and contributing to the strata of western Odisha women who had no access to sanitary hygiene products, and we successfully conducted awareness and distribution drives, which led to the adoption of sanitary hygiene products which we donated. Our efforts were recognized by the legislative assembly. With experience in running a business, came the intuitive capability to solve user problems and create products and enable businesses that solve user pain points. I have 5+ years of experience in product development, strategy, and execution. My experience with companies started in my first year of PGDM, where I spent time in understanding different functions of the business, their objectives, and outcomes, which leads to user-friendly products, and revenue-increasing growth strategies. I have aided in the development and strategy of the B2G, B2B, and B2C products which used Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Neuro-linguistic Programming(NLP). Streamlined the checkout process by reducing the transaction path length, enhancing user experience, and increasing customer satisfaction. Deep understanding and involvement in e-learning products tailored for regional language students, and the creation of a functional MVP, achieving impressive usage within the monitored group's initial days of launch.
