Hello! I’m Nikhil, an International Business student specializing in Strategy and Operations from GISMA Business School. I have over 8 years of experience in process optimization, logistics and supply chain management. I believe that combining agile methodologies, lean principles, and continuous improvement is the key to build resilient supply chains and future-ready businesses. In my previous roles, I have managed diverse projects simultaneously which have reduced operational cost, increased partner retention, optimized merchant operations and serviceability. I have built and scaled cost efficient and sustainable EV fleet to improve manpower productivity and drive revenue growth. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have led teams across merchant, supply chain and warehouse operations which have improved sell-through rate and reduced inventory lead times. I lead by example, I step in where needed, encourage ownership, and create an environment where execution, continuous improvement, and personal growth go hand in hand. Additionally, I have also contributed to business expansion, value offering, and monetization projects in hyperlocal, quick-commerce and consumer tech businesses. Beyond work, I enjoy football, photography, business podcasts, and fitness pursuits such as CrossFit and football. I am also an Advanced Black Belt in Martials Arts, a skill that I learnt at an early stage which has helped me in leading a disciplined lifestyle.
