At Indiamart, he worked in Payments for 1 year helping to improve the payment success rate significantly. Subsequently he worked on the Virtual numbers used by Indiamart for suppliers on its platform where his work entailed ensuring smooth experience for buyer-seller call connectivity, creating logics to identify and prevent SPAM calls and also improve seller response rate, working on commercials and vendor management, writing SQL queries to analyze call data, improving call conversion from Android app, mobile website etc. Currently he is working on AI projects based on products and processes used internally within the organization. He has been a member of Potpourri, the Literary and Quizzing Club of IIM Udaipur. As a member of Potpourri, he conducted many events including the Literature Festival of IIM Udaipur.
