I started my career as a software developer. I learned how systems work, from memory management to query optimization. As a Sun Certified Java Programmer, I often diagnosed slow code paths to speed up critical transactions. This experience gave me a strong appreciation for technical depth—not just writing code, but making it scalable under pressure. After my MBA, I joined Snapdeal, where I learned e-commerce from the ground up. Running fulfillment and logistics at scale taught me what makes marketplaces work—reliability, throughput, and cost. Snapdeal showed me to think like an operator: every design decision impacts someone on the shop floor or at the delivery dock. At Amazon, I applied that mindset to tech-driven operations. I lead a portfolio of global compliance and workflow products used by over 8,000 associates to process more than 50 million work items each year. My work focuses on human-in-the-loop systems, volume optimization, and AI decision support. These solutions reduce the need for human input and lower the cognitive load for reviewers when human intervention is necessary. These systems have saved millions in OpEx and boosted productivity, while giving leaders visibility over business metrics. What drives me is tackling hard, ambiguous challenges without a clear playbook.
