• Intelligent Courier Allocation
• Aim was to have the best performing courier for a particular lane handle the maximum load.
• Worked closely with 3PL account management team to forecast lane-wise/courier wise volumes based on overall sales inputs.
• Created a model to improve courier performance for top lanes based on variables like last mile performance, returns, cost, capacity etc.
