About

I build revenue systems where trust and technology scale together. Over three decades in enterprise tech—at Oracle, Microsoft, Intel, and iCapital—I’ve led growth engines that unify sales, marketing, and customer experience around measurable outcomes. My work sits at the intersection of AI, data integrity, and human decision-making. As CMO at DataStax and Looker, and now SVP leading growth marketing and CRM strategy at iCapital, I’ve been at the helm of marketing and revenue functions for three unicorns—each shaping the next wave of data and AI innovation. A Postgraduate in AI Strategy from the University of Oxford, I focus on operationalizing Signal Integrity—the alignment between data, systems, and people that turns AI from hype into profit. I also drive AI fluency and change-management initiatives that help teams adopt intelligent systems with culture at the core—building confidence, capability, and trust in applied AI across the enterprise. Later this year, I’ll deliver the keynote address at the Xerox Women’s Conference and lead a workshop on Vibe Coding, a hands-on session exploring how emotional tone, clarity, and cohesion shape communication inside AI-enabled organizations. Recent speaking engagements include HumanX 2025 and the Global CMO Summit 2024, alongside ongoing board and advisory work guiding organizations toward responsible, growth-driven AI adoption.
