As the Global Head of Professional Services at Google Cloud, I lead a world-class team dedicated to delivering transformational outcomes for our Google Cloud clients and partners. My focus is on driving delivery excellence—whether it’s guiding customers through AI-powered innovation, application modernization, or platform migrations on Google Cloud Platform. I oversee our global delivery operations, offering portfolio, and quality assurance, ensuring we tackle "the new, the first, and the moments that matter" with technical precision and strategic impact. With a deep background in IT strategy, I’m passionate about building solutions that don’t just meet expectations but redefine what’s possible and leading with integrity while doing the work that matters. I started my career at Ernst & Young as a manager, digging into complex challenges and finding practical solutions—that’s where my passion for tackling tough problems took root. Later, I spent over 20 years at Capgemini, shaping enterprise application strategies and supporting delivery, especially in energy and utilities. Along the way, I ran the global SAP business, and several other practices, learning the ins and outs of technical delivery. Outside of work, I’m a Texan at heart, grounded by family, curiosity, and a love for problem-solving. I hold a BA from Trinity University where I am quite active as an alumni, as well as an MBA from Texas Tech. I’m also heavily involved in the Greater Houston Partnership, representing Google.
