I have a deep interest in building Go-To-Market engines which take companies from $1m to $100m. I firmly believe that India will be a powerhouse to multiple billion dollars SaaS startups. Hence, it made sense to be associated with it quite early in my career (Almost 9 years ago). I started with building a Customer Experience Management SaaS product for Health & Hospitality Sector in a venture I co-founded & moved on to head Inside Sales at Tracxn. A lot of learning I have comes from hands-on experience, especially the mistakes. I have definitely grown wiser from the days of chasing Hospital CEOs to sell an INR 2k/month product Fungru to successfully building an 80-member Inside sales at Tracxn doing multi million $ ARR. At Tracxn, we designed the sales engine to predictably deliver results instead of unpredictable hustle. Some of things which I am proud of working on at Tracxn are: - Hiring & Scaling team Playbook - Predictably scaled team from 10 to 80 members in 6 months - Outbound - Designed Automated outbound engine to deliver 50:1 conversion rate. Previous to heading Sales, I headed TracxnSyndicate which scaled to 5000+ investors and did 30+ deals in one year. It was a fulfilling journey to create an investment marketplace from scratch.
