• Led By Foundation, a Harvard-incubated social enterprise is a professional leadership incubator for Indian Muslim women. Each participant of the LedBy Accelerator program undergoes a year-long experiential training and mentoring for professional development and also serves as a mentor (paying it forward) to two school girls. LedBy Accelerator participants are trained to be exceptional professionals and team members.

• Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA) is the apex State Training Institute of Government of Haryana for all employees including bureaucrats, setup with objectives of providing training, research and consultancy to improve efficiency and effectiveness in administration.
• Worked under the direct supervision of highly senior bureaucrats at the State-level, from various civil services, cross collaborating with 20+ departments at the intersection of research, capacity building and enabling digital transformation
• Led the research proposal which received INR 0.7M+ funding by the State Finance Commission for undertaking a study to analyze the status of municipal finance of 20+ Urban Local Bodies and developed a roadmap to localize SDGs through evaluating solutions in collaboration with UNDP SDG Coordination Centre in Panchkula.
• Administered the development of an end-to-end Enterprise Resources Planning Software for a major ULB with 6+ modules to ensure sustainable service delivery to 1M+ citizens, managing a cross-functional team of 50+ web developers, government officials and 10+ divisions
• Co-led the set-up of Centre for Policy Studies including defining its vision, mission and operations, working with 10+ departments of the State to identify their training needs and competency requirements

• Selected through a national recruitment process with <1% acceptance rate to work as the Representative of Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana at district level supervising 200+ government officials for implementation of 6+ flagship State initiatives
• Spearheaded the implementation of digital integrated public service delivery platform through de-bottling implementation gaps of 100+ schemes including renewable energy by supervising a team of 200+ employees and 50+ IT professionals which improvised district’s ranking in the performance dashboard from 20th to 1st in the State covering 400,000+ applications reaching 1M+ citizens
• Designed and managed a signature online gamification platform linking all 6,500+ villages of the district by collaborating with 10+ government departments to develop 45+ KPIs by mapping 20+ government schemes to implement all 17 SDGs at village level, which saw 100% participation and received 100+ declarations
• Created digital dashboard for reporting of COVID-19 cases in the district and reduced the time taken for contact tracing by 2 days
• Spearheaded the educational reforms program- Saksham and managed to bring an
• aspirational block to grade competency level in 3 grades out of 6
• Managed the solid waste management project- Swachh Survekshan 2020 for Municipal Council, Palwal and helped improve the city’s ranking in Service Level Progress by more than 60 ranks
