I work at the intersection of technology, business, and people, guided by a simple belief: 'organisations grow when people do'.That belief took root at LinkedIn, where I saw how investing in people’s growth and fostering a learning culture translated into real outcomes. It’s shaped how I approach work since.Today, I work as an Integrations Consultant, helping clients navigate complex challenges as they connect their Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with LinkedIn to create seamless hiring experiences. My work sits between systems, stakeholders, and strategy: a space that’s sharpened my curiosity about how the parts of a business connect to drive results.In late 2023, reading 'Mindset' nudged me to apply a "growth mindset" more intentionally in my work, leaning into curiosity, feedback, and learning. Small shifts made a big difference: sharper focus, better outcomes, and a renewed sense of purpose.To share these ideas, I launched an internal podcast on growth mindset, habits, and productivity that reached 40+ colleagues across continents. What began as an experiment evolved into a “wellness” program for my org, embedding simple, human-centred practices into daily work.Two qualities continue to anchor me: integrity and openness to feedback. Seeking out different perspectives has been my compass for professional and personal growth.Outside my core role, I’ve organised mixers (5–50 participants) for product and tech professionals, contributed to community efforts, and mentored early-career talent.
