• In my role as a Business Solutions Specialist at PeopleStrong HR Services, I spearheaded HR Transformation projects, aligning and transforming processes to drive strategic outcomes. With a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, I implemented a shared services model, leveraging both captive and outsourced resources to optimize HR operations.
• Some of the key consulting assignments during this stint at PeopleStrong were with some large domestic enterprises as well as with large global organizations, where I led several transformation initiatives Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks, Microsoft India, Reliance Industries, Aditya Birla Financial Services, and Philips.
