• Worked as Technical Support for the Audi A3-etron BEV prototype pilot program for 15 prototype vehicles based in the Los Angeles area and Virginia.
• Responsibilities included modifying the cars to American single-phase charging interface, updating vehicle hardware and software and commissioning the High Voltage systems in the car.
• Carried out tests to identify compatibility issues with 110 V and 220 V chargers. Worked with EV charger manufacturers to come up with solutions. Studied Electric Vehicle and Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment standards and safety systems.
• Analyzed live CAN signals and data from the data loggers to determine functionality of various components and troubleshoot.
