From serving in the slums of Mumbai in India with Harvard to building global movements with the United Nations in New York, I have bridged the worlds of power and influence with deep meaning and purpose by hosting heads of state, purpose-driven celebrities, industry titans, disruptive innovators and iconic artists. I have a deep and unwavering commitment to living a life that is true to myself, while serving something much larger than me. I do this using the power of immersive design, practical wisdom, and technological innovation, along with the power of story telling, curating extraordinary in-person and virtual experiences and building movements like #WeTheFuture, where the elders and youth unite as pioneers and audacious leaders from all walks of life to share their work and vision to inspire, activate and transform humanity. More recently over the past decade as an impact entrepreneur, strategist, and disruptive innovator, I have focused on building and bringing hope to humanity as we continue to serve and protect our planet at #WeThePlanet. More than ever before I believe we don't have a technology or a resource problem, but rather we have a serious leadership problem. We must unify humanity's collective potential to help accelerate human progress as leaders here and now. More importantly by building the necessary inner strength, moral courage and compassionate resilience we can truly transform ourselves, each other and the world for a better future. We live in a time where we have all of the resources necessary to solve for our most urgent global challenges. I reiterate again we face a leadership crisis, be it the global pandemic or climate change we must build the leadership consciousness needed to help humanity transcend. We must unlock our exponential potential as individuals, organizations and society through the process of inner transformation. Going above and beyond the call of duty not just as ‘We The People,’ but as 'We The Planet' to serve something much larger than ourselves. We must develop our conscious intellect and our collective consciousness unifying humanity as a force for good.
