About

I am a seasoned management professional and leader with almost three decades of experience in developing company strategy, setting up key initiatives, building and enhancing brands, leading marketing teams, establishing alliances, setting up and managing Communication function and leading CSR activities. I am also passionate about giving back and I now help women and young adults in becoming financially as well as holistically independent. Prior to that I have had a short stints as Head of Marketing in a small startup called, actyv.ai, which is an AI-powered enterprise SaaS platform with embedded B2B Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) and insurance where, I was responsible for setting up the entire Marketing and Communications function. Before that I was at EXL where I was the global VP & Head of Internal Communications. I have also lead the Communications initiative at UiPath India & South Asia and handled the academic and developer Marketing and Evangelism programs where I was instrumental in raising the bar for for the Public relations process and ensuring increase in share of voice, reach and influence of the brand. Prior to this I lead the Products vertical at NASSCOM where I was instrumental in providing value to the Indian software product and start-up entrepreneurial ecosystem in a range of areas from market access and customer acquisition, investor connects, skill enablement, policy intervention, research and thought leadership to setting up and managing a DeepTech Club. In my previous avataars, I have led the Marketing functions at LexisNexis, Microsoft and Satyam (currently Tech Mahindra) and have contributed in setting-up functions in some of these organizations. I have been instrumental in the consulting firm at Ernst & Young and have worked in internet companies like Times Internet (indiatimes.com) and Hindustan Times (erstwhile go4i.com). The combination of understanding how to strategically drive vision, programmatically manage multiple projects and initiatives, establish credibility and trust with all stakeholders, ensure planning and execution excellence and integrate communication and marketing helps me to excel at leading. I’ve always had a sense of motivation and passion driving me forward. Whether it’s exploring unique opportunities, learning additional skills, or meeting new people, I bring these values to every experience throughout my life on a personal and professional level.
