I am Head of Institutional Growth for Kamino Finance, where I work with issuers, custodians, market makers and investors to help grow lending markets on the Solana Blockchain. Previously, I led institutional growth at Marinade Finance a leading staking protocol on Solana. I was also the chief strategy officer for Bullieverse, an AI inference protocol leveraging decentralized compute. I also currently serve as a mentor for Outlier Ventures, guiding and supporting emerging web3 startups; I contribute to Cointelegraph on topics spanning DeFi, security, and enterprise adoption of crypto; and I host the Tokenize podcast. I came to digital assets and web3 from the institutional side, both as a partner at Delphos International, a financing advisory boutique; and at Green Shores Capital, a venture capital firm. These roles were built on my exposure to financial markets as senior manager for fintech and blockchain at PwC (where I advised institutions on how to navigate the technology landscape), as well as several key roles at Barclays, including leading reporting and analytics for liquidity risk (as well as in business intelligence and risk reporting). I am the author of three books in emerging technologies: ‘Quantum Computing and Blockchain in Business’ with Packt Publishing; ‘Restartup’ (a crisis management guide for venture founders with Wiley); and ‘The Metaverse Economy’ with Kogan Page. I am also an advisor, board member and angel advisor in web3 and crypto. I received my MsC in finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and my B.S. in engineering/informational technology from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, a leading research institution and university in India.
