Contributed in the development of product portfolio for the company, where I got the opportunity to build the four B2B SaaS products - JustCall, Sales Dialer, Helpwise and CallRoot.
Developed & designed the CallRoot.com product (a call tracking software) from scratch.
Wrote the algorithm, using javascript, to track website visitors, identify their source and map it with the call they make to the number shown on the website.
Built salesdialer.justcall.io (an auto dialing software) from scratch. Scaled it to 4000 active teams using the product.
Wrote the algorithm of automatic and predictive dialer using nodejs. This dialer automatically makes calls to a list of numbers and connects the agent with the answered calls.
Took ownership of the Billing functionality of JustCall.io product. Here I developed API integration with Stripe using PHP and nestjs.
Developed automatic top-up feature. This enables the system to automatically add certain amount in the user’s account, when their balance goes below a certain threshold.
