6 years of experience building and growing software products across large organisations and startup. Techie at heart. Started with a hunger for writing code, only to realise I was better at other things. Understood that technology was more about just programming, and moved to solving business problems through automation. Really liked my job, but felt comfortable. Moved on to do an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, where the idea was to learn different aspects of business. Tried my hand at Sales & Marketing, learnt a lot, but something inside me was not at ease. Finally came back to my calling, technology. Got drawn into the product space due to my penchant for problem solving and big picture thinking. Joined the rocketship called Classplus, helping edupreneurs and creators grow their brands online. At Classplus, I lead the product adoption and growth charter for the creator product, which is responsible for generating an annual revenue of INR 2 crores an year, and growing! Responsible for Product Roadmap Planning and execution, New Product Launch, Business Growth. As a product person, I specialise in user research, driving product discovery and building products that solve customer problems. At Stryker, I built a test automation framework that solved the problem of testing enterprise-wide ERP implementation at scale. This effort led to cost savings in excess of $30,000 for every test run. Even better, I got to learn new tools, collaborated with people from different geographies and delivered results in a short span of time. Prior to Stryker, during my days at Analytics Quad4, I enabled remote teams to collaborate better, leading to improvement in ticket resolution times by 20%. In my free time, I enjoy reading about technology news and working out. I also enjoy public speaking and have been associated with the Toastmasters club in the past.
