I thrive at the intersection of operations, behavioral design, and systems thinking. Over two decades, I’ve led and scaled global CX and ops teams across high-growth companies. Today, I’m channeling that experience into Complement 1, where I serve as co-founder and COO. We’re addressing a critical gap in cancer care: the lack of structured, sustainable support for lifestyle change. Our platform delivers 1:1 daily coaching—tailored to each patient’s cancer type, treatment, and side effect profile—helping patients adopt proven practices in exercise, nutrition, and emotional wellness. Earlier, I led a deeply passionate team as the CEO of Whitehat Jr and later as International COO of Think and Learn. We were laser focused on creating highly engaging learning experiences through great products, deep content, and our compassion. Before entering the B2C world of Ed-tech, I drove growth, customer experience and digital transformation at Genpact and at Wipro, one of India’s largest IT companies. I was responsible for BFSI DOP P&L, conceptualising, building integrated IT and process solutions solving complex problems. This included working with several Fortune 500 banks and insurance companies, consultative business development and running an operation of 12,000+ people across 13 global sites.
