• As the founder of Neartivity I was involved in multiple roles responsible for product innovation, branding, business development.I was responsible for leading the team to develop an innovative contactless mobile payment service using NFC technology that can support all existing mobile phones in the market. Under my leadership the company was selected among the "Top 75 startups in India to Bet" on by Dare Magazine.
• Neartivity Wireless offers mobile operators, financial institutions and service providers a simple, secure and scalable NFC based mobile money platform christened Simpaise that works on any existing mobile phones.The platform is based on NFC technology and comprised of an external secure element chip which can be attached to an existing SIM card and a RF anetenna that can be sticked to the mobile phone cover. The Simpaise offers a complete end to end mobile money solution to operators,financial instutions and service providers including Mobile wallet , POS , payment processing and is rapidly scalable to many million users.

• I was responsible for founding Cashnxt Technologies in 2007 and responsible for developing and launching India's first contactless mobile payment solution : The mobile payment was platform was based on an innovative technology based on sound encryption and the company was the first to launch a pilot project financial inclusion comprising of low-cost ATMs and the sound encyption anywhere in the world. Under my leadership the company was selected among the " Top 10 product tech companies in India " at Headstart 2009 and has been recognised by major Indian and international media like Newyork Times , Economic Times and The Hindu. Further company has been recognized by CGAP (World Bank body for microfinance & financial inclusion ) and KPMG in it's research report on "Technology Paradigms in Banking Technology" that was presented at the Economic Times Banking Technology conclave in 2009.
• About Cashnxt Technologies : Cashnxt Technologies is a pioneer in contactless mobile payment solution and is the first to launch an sound encryption based contactless mobile payment solution that works on any basic mobile phones in the world . The company launched the intial pilot with a low-cost ATM network and mobile payment network for financial inclusion with two leading banks in Kannur district of Kerala. The company was selected among the Top10 technology product startup in India by Headstart 2009.

• As the Head of wireless & data service division I was responsible for setting up a entire division which will focus convergence & new media under the brand - ACV mobile as a JV between Asianet & Ifuturz Wireless. I was resonsible for conceptulaising & launching India's first mobile interactive TV channel - HI TV and the first mobile portal service in South India through SMS & IVR using the shortcode 67675 . I was also responsible for launching South India's first reverse bidding SMS show on TV channels of Asianet and on Idea Cellular . I was also responsible for re-launching the online news portal of Asianet - keralaonline.com (Presently asianetindia.com ) as well launching new verticals on matrimony ,jobs & online shopping to Complement the TV channel network. I played a major role in taking the portal to the third largest internet portal in Kerala.
• Apart from product innovation ,My role involved building alliances with mobile operators like Airtel, Idea Cellular etc for subcription based /premium VAS services , contests and promotions , managing VAS content providers like Onmobile , ACL Wireless , Cellnext , Mauj as well as bringing in leading national brands like Honda Motors, ING Vysya Life insurance, Arena Multimedia and Alukkas.

• I founded Ifuturz - an internet & wireless value added service provider. The company which was focusing on its horizontal portal - Indiafirst.net forayed to mobile VAS services by launching India’s first 5 digit premium short code with integrated connectivity with all mobile operators including BSNL & MTNL. At Ifuturz I was responsible for developing & launching - TINA , an SMS based mobile virtual girlfriend service based on Artificial Intelligence which was launched on all major mobile networks on a nationwide basis . Further I was instrumental in launching & maintaining IVR based Celebrity Vas portal on Idea Cellular and also for Asianet Communications .At Ifuturz my responsibilities include partnering with operators, mobile VAS providers as well developing innovative VAS products, contests and promotions.
