• At Zwitch I am responsible for Payment Gateway Operations and Business Development. I was responsible for setting up processes for risk assessment, merchant onboarding, support, settlement and dispute resolution modules. I handle all these operations, in addition to building strategic alliances with processing partners and merchant acquisition through digital marketing and social media channels.

• Neartivity Wireless offers mobile operators, financial institutions and service providers a simple, secure and scalable NFC based mobile money platform christened Simpaise that works on any existing mobile phones.The platform is based on NFC technology and comprised of an external secure element chip which can be attached to an existing SIM card and a RF antenna that can be stuck to the mobile phone cover. Simpaise offers a complete end to end mobile money solution to operators,financial institutions and service providers.
• Neartivity Wireless was founded in 2009 and was listed among the "Top 75 Starups to Bet on in India" by Dare Magazine.
• I was responsible for the company's operations, including hiring and managing the 30-member team. I was closely involved in conceptualization and project management of the Simpaise platform.
