About

As chief marketing officer of Observe.AI - the Series C company that enabled hundreds of enterprises with AI for the contact center - Voice and chat AI agents, Agent copilots and conversational AI. I work closely with the team to build a new go-to-market engine for the enterprise. My leadership includes creating a repeatable demand gen motion, launching new agentic AI products, and leading a corporate rebrand to better serve hundreds of customers nationwide. Previously, I was chief marketing officer at Productboard - the Series D company that revolutionized product management - leading a team that enables product and engineering teams to build products that matter to consumers Before that, I was with Lob.com—the Series C SaaS platform that transformed direct mail automation for the enterprise—where I led a team that enables our clients to send intelligent direct mail campaigns. During my tenure at Lob, I expanded the start-up’s developer-focused SMB origins to include enterprise marketers and take the company to $100M in revenue. Earlier, as vice president of product marketing at robotics process automation (RPA) pioneer, Automation Anywhere, I led a team that enabled our enterprise clients’ efforts to automate their business processes. My leadership at Automation Anywhere spanned business and product strategy, technical and growth marketing, roadmapping, and competitive analysis. Earlier, I held leadership roles at SaaS automation leaders, Flexera, Palamida, and Agralogics, where I helped double a pre-acquisition brand and later secure its acquisition. I also led multiple launches, and built enterprise customer relationships around an enterprise big data product. As a marketer, I’ve driven both organic and inorganic growth; developed product roadmaps, narratives, and solution-oriented content to build competitive products and sustainable brand value; positioned branded products and co-branded solutions with strategic partners; and built, integrated, and localized enterprise-facing customer success functions in EMEA, APAC, and the U.S. I’ve also built operational infrastructures and efficiencies that accelerated sales capabilities, deal ASP, and the tempo at which companies launch and scale enterprise products. Across my career, I’m proud to have built and led global teams, launching 30+ enterprise platforms and products, spanning ten first-generation software offerings, four acquisitions, and five new software categories.
