• Segment users and send targeted promotions/announcements to specific cohorts
• Re-engage inactive users and also find why they are lapsing
• Converse with users through an in-app chat experience (for support/feedback)
• Send automated messages triggered by server events using our API (transactional messages, pro-active offers on cart abandonment, etc)

• Prior to Konotor, we built PhonOn - a mobile social app enabling new rich communication experiences.
