From scaling startups from scratch to building a $30M ARR enterprise across 6 continents, my journey over the last 15+ years has been about creating repeatable, scalable growth — one playbook, one market, and one high-performing team at a time. I was fortunate to be an early team member at WebEngage, where I led revenue and GTM across India, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Along the way, I built teams in nine countries, closed enterprise deals with brands such as Unilever, Amazon, HDFC, Poonawalla Group, L&T, ICICI, Ministry of Transport- KSA, Ministry of Manpower- Singapore, Road and Transport Authority- Dubai, Adani, IKEA & L’Oréal, and grew a global partner ecosystem from the ground up. My leadership style blends tactical execution (sales ops, playbooks, BANT/MEDDICC, CAC/NRR, pipeline hygiene) with strategic vision (P&L ownership, fundraising, governance, and storytelling). Whether it’s launching new markets, reengineering RevOps, or building culture and inclusion across a 120+ team — I believe in rolling up my sleeves and building for long-term compounding value. Outside of work, I’m a mountaineer (14 peaks climbed), scuba diver, marathoner, Ex-vegan café co-founder, and an advisor to early-stage startups.   • Needed a breather — to travel, get my health back on track, spend quality time with family, and do a few things that truly light me up.
  • As I always say, some things you do for the wallet, and some for the soul. This break was all about the latter. Here’s what I’ve been up to:
  • 1. Summited Mt. Elbrus (5,642m, Highest Mountain in Europe) — my 2nd of the 7 summits and 14th mountain overall! Explored Russia along the way (St. Petersburg is a gem), and got a taste of -30°C while I was at it. Mountains remain the best teachers — they humble you like nothing else.
  • 2. Added to the medal tally — Ran a few half marathons, including the Tata Mumbai Marathon. The high of crossing that finish line never gets old.
  • 3. Lived the London life — Spent 2 months in the UK, mostly in and around London. Culture, art, food, history, and some wonderful people — soaked it all in.
  • 4. Did my first Vipassana retreat — 10 days of complete silence and 11+ hours of meditation each day. Possibly the toughest challenge yet… especially for a revenue leader who talks for a living. 😅
  • 5. Completed my mountaineering certification — a hands-on training workshop in Hampta, Manali. Ice axe, ropes, crampons — bring it on!
  • 6. Jumped into up-skilling — After a decade of delay, I’m back to learning. Long overdue and loving it.
  • 7. Spotted lions in Gir National Park — up close and personal with the kings of the jungle. What a thrill.
  • 8. Hit the road — A roadtrip across Gujarat and Himachal. Great food, stunning views, and even better company.
  • 9. Played a LOT of football — and picked up a couple of new obsessions: Padel & Pickleball. Weekend warrior mode: ON. ⚽🎾
