I lead the Blume Founders Fund and Network programs at Blume Ventures —partnering with incredible early-stage founders across India. Helping them go from 0 to 1 (and beyond) isn’t just my job—it’s what I genuinely love doing. I believe that backing the right startups can drive long-term, large-scale impact. After spending a few years in the US and at Intel Tech —across forecasting and retail operations in Asia—I found my true calling in the Indian startup ecosystem. From building communities at Indian Angel Network to driving founder-first initiatives at Blume, I thrive where capital meets conviction and community. I’m deeply passionate about getting more women into the workforce - I try to lead by example—raising two teenagers, working 24/7, and still loving every bit of the chaos and the calling :).
