1. Program Development
As the founder, I design and oversee the creation of impactful community programs that address immediate needs in underserved areas. This involves assessing the local challenges, crafting strategic initiatives, and ensuring they align with our core mission to provide meaningful support to those in need.
2. Team Leadership
Managing and leading a team of 20 passionate volunteers is key to the success of ALMS Foundation. My responsibilities include guiding the team, setting clear goals, and fostering a collaborative environment. I focus on motivating and inspiring volunteers to stay committed to our mission and deliver quality support to those in need.
3.Fundraising
Raising funds is essential to sustaining the operations of the foundation. I manage all aspects of fundraising, from organizing donation campaigns to engaging with potential donors and partners.
4. Spreading Awareness
Beyond immediate aid, it's important to raise awareness about the broader issues our beneficiaries face. I lead campaigns to inform and educate both the local community and the general public about pressing social issues, available government services, and educational opportunities.
5. Establishing Partnerships
I seek out partnerships with local restaurants, institutions, and businesses to support our initiatives. These partnerships help us access resources, donations, and community support, amplifying our reach and capacity to serve more people.
