So much that I have imbibed the 5 fundamental principles of swarm robotics not only when building our products, but also in every aspect of my life. Here’s how: Proximity principle: As a kid, computers and technology fascinated me. The problem-solving power that technology has is immense. To become an expert, I realised I could learn best only through practice. And so, I pounced on any opportunity I got alongside my conventional education. Reference: The population (as the group is referred to) should be able to carry out simple space and time computations shared by their interaction with each other. Quality: I was lucky to have found great teachers and mentors. Observing them, I understood what adding value, creating impact and working towards excellence meant. Work with integrity and dedication with an intent to make an impact, solve a problem, and that's what brings quality to everything you do. Reference: The population should be able to respond to quality factors in the environment. Diverse response: I truly believe in leveraging technology to solve a problem and build indigenous products that place our nation on the global map. Reference: AI, Automation, Swarm Robotics, Sorting Robots, ML, these technologies have emerged to open channels for process efficiency and ease of operation. Stability: My core values are code of honour, anchors and stabilises my decision-making process. Every organisation should have a code of honour that is a non-negotiable. Reference: The population should not change its mode of behaviour every time the environment changes. Adaptability change: Flexibility and cost efficiency are possible if the product's engineering is in-house.
