I'm Shobhit, an experienced product and operations leader with a background in consulting, program management, capital markets and digital innovation. At Pluto, our mission revolves around creating a compelling digital character universe, and as Head of Product and Operations, my role is to orchestrate this vision with precision. Mastery in process management and Agile methodologies has been pivotal in steering projects from conception to go-live, ensuring that our team of artists, storytellers, developers and managers are equipped to transform ideas into captivating narratives. Previously, at Tekie, being part of team for spearheading product marketing strategies and program management, which now informs my approach to operational leadership. In my journey at Infosys, I transitioned from pure technical base level trainee role to techno functional consultant in a span of 4 years and worked in direct client facing treasury dept of banking domain for implementation of enterprise software solutions with recognition as high performer of overall mid level workforce by getting selected for founding cohort of accelerated early career growth program within Infosys.
