I grew up in a small town in Chhattisgarh, studied engineering at a Tier 2 college, and began my career at a marketing agency—learning how businesses communicate, how the corporate world works, and most importantly, the value of ethics in business. That early exposure sparked a deeper curiosity: how are things built from scratch? And that curiosity took me to B-school—not just for the degree, but to immerse myself in the science and art of building. Since then, my journey has been anything but linear. From Investment Banking to ground-level operations. From selling cars on the field to collaborating with social media influencers. From being a hands-on operator to leading teams—and turning back to operator again. Through all of this, one thing remained constant: my obsession with customer insights and experimentation. That obsession made me fall in love with growth—not just as a function, but as a mindset.
