• After a 25-year IT career, I took a break to focus on self-reinvention and skill enhancement. My Executive MBA at ISB honed my general management skills, whilst I pursued the following impactful initiatives:
• Feb–May 2024: Co-founded a startup to build an LLM Security platform for automated red-teaming and production defence. Developed a prototype and engaged a design partner but paused efforts after market analysis.
• Jun–Dec 2024: Explored financial services innovation with my ISB cohort. Won the Sahamati BuildAAthon 2024 with TrustSphere, a senior-friendly AI-driven app simplifying finances, safeguarding against fraud, and supporting key tasks for India’s elderly.
• Jan–Jul 2025: Built multiple thesis on LLM applicability in financial services while building on voice orchestration, foundational reasoning models and Agentic AI. Built multiple prototypes based on discussions with NBFCs and Fintech firms.

• Setup a high-performance team that built the fastest growing AI/ML apps (ARR doubled year on year)
• Designed and integrated Azure OpenAI APIs with existing machine learning service for creating Co-pilots.
• Setup CI/CD pipeline and serverless solutions like OCR service. Containerized machine learning service and deployment, scaling based on Kubernetes.
• Managed critical customer accounts, improved CSAT score and converted them as reference customers.
• Improved the engineering rigor and thereby the product quality and customer added value

• Led the conceptualisation and development of the new product lines for ART (Assisted reproductive technology) management software. Designed the architecture, setup agile process and methodologies, established schedules and work plans with engineering team as per the product roadmap. Led the digital marketing, SaaS modelling, pricing and go to market strategies. Designed the Cloud hosting architecture for the SaaS product on AWS. Conceptualized the business use cases for using machine learning in the product. Pivoted the business plan, established new revenue streams and made investment pitches. The company eventually got closed due to bad finance management. The learnings from this experience are enormous.

Designed the deployment model and setup the AWS hosting (Amazon Web services). Designed the business model canvas, business strategy and corporate models.
