I was over all responsible for growth, operations and functioning of the company. The company provided software and multimedia solutions and man power support for computer education, customized software development, authoring and product development of multimedia titles and selling hardware solutions. Set up a JV company in Bahrain and provided technical and technological support to the venture.
• Set up a 100% owned subsidiary called Kolar Financial Services Ltd., the company was later re-named as Kolar Biotech Ltd., undertaking bio technology research and drug development. Subsequently, Kolar Biotech also became a BSE listed Public Limited company. Both the group companies were sold to a strategic investor and thereafter I was associated with the companies as a consultant.

I established supply chain for sourcing various peripherals and computer systems from Far East Asia, developed innovative computer based solutions and networks for news paper industry and created customized firmware solutions.

• The firm was established in the year 1965 manufacturing utensils and was in the business of agro processing and marketing. I started the division for of marketing specialized equipments, machine tools and technologies on behalf of various international companies from Japan and Europe in India. I created a specialized marketing network for supplying equipments and technologies to Indian Railways, Department of Atomic Energy, Ship Building Industry and Oil & Gas Industry. I organized technology transfer and technical tie-ups between Indian and international companies in sectors like steel, foundries, cement, medical equipments and bio cultures. Worked as a buying house for a German Catalogue Company in India and sourced for them general sundry and consumer items of daily use and car parts. I set up entire supply chain and sourcing operations and network within India.
• In 1985 ideated and conceived to set up a data center and offer email services using I.P. Sharp’s WTC Intranet Network, which was linking 600 WTCs globally (subsequently I.P. Sharp was taken over by Reuters). I organized JV agreement with WTC and I.P. Sharp of Canada and obtained initial Government of India approvals for the project but due to Government’s regulatory policies and red tape the project had to be shelved.
