• I am the CAPEX & Project coordinator for Nestle India Limted, Bicholim, Goa factory. The factory produces Maggi Noodles, Masala-e-magic, Maggi Ketchup/Sauces, Maggi Cubes & Maggi Pichkoo. I am the single point of contact for any investments related to increase in capacity, productivity, sustainability & related to New Product Developments (NPDs).
• I am responsible for :
• 1) For leading the project team from the Project scope development until the achievement of all the agreed success criteria with business & also managing the commercials.
• 2) Mobilize resources (internal & external), and coordinates the contribution of all stakeholders to ensure that the project requirements are fulfilled.
• 3) Coordinates the design, construction, installation, and commissioning of the assets.

• COST REDUCTION: Worked upon LA4 31frame size motors in order to convert the design of External cooling fan from Casting to Fabricated which was initially procured from Germany. Pricing and making the weight calculation to check the feasibility.

As a trainee, I devised better methods to increase the efficiency and reduce the time consumed for the process thereby increasing the output. I aimed at reducing the Non-value added activities involved in the process of assembling a Burner by the means of Time-Study and Motion-Study. Mapping the current layout of the Burner Shop and proposing the modified layout to decrease the Man and Material movement, hence reducing the delay in assembling.
