An engineer from DCE & MBA from XLRI jamshedpur i am currently creating a line of honest, natural and safe products as a part of my own venture Honasa. Our first offering is Asia's first MadeSafe certified brand mamaearth which aims at reducing stress amongst parenting by providing solutions as safe and natural products. In my last role i managed one of the worlds most valuable brands Coca-Cola as well as its Diets and Lights portfolio for India and South West Asia (Bangladesh, Nepal and Srilanka). Before this role i worked with Diageo Plc and managed World's No1 spirits brand Smirnoff for India. in both these roles i have been responsible for delivering top line and bottom line for the brand by managing ATL, BTL, Digital & Trade inputs for the brand. In my previous role in marketing with Unilever i was responsible for managing innovations & communication development for Rexona & Sure deodorants across South Asia. Prior to my marketing stint with Unilever i was in sales for 3 years managing an 800 crore area for HUL dealing in more than 20 categories spread across Home care, personal care & foods. I led a team of more than 500 individuals with 35 HUL employees & rest on 3P rolls. I have been listed as among the top managers in HUL for 2 years consistently. During my education i have had a chance to work with companies like Colgate Palmolive, Havells Electric, Madura Garments, Maruti & Nokia under internships & live projects which has added on to my learning. On a personal front i am a fun loving guy who is always game for adventure and loves the challenge of the NEW.
