• I’ve had the opportunity to see Whatfix’s hypergrowth journey from a 80 employee company to ~1500, all the way from a 5 million USD annual revenue to almost 80 million USD now! Through this, I’ve played a key role in driving multiple HR portfolios end to end and building policies, structures, processes, and teams from grounds up.
• Portfolios: Global Programs and HR Projects, Employee Wellness, Employee Engagement, Internal Corporate Communications, Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, ESG (Sustainability), Employee Experience, Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Partnerships, Global Employer Branding, CSR, Voice of Employees, Top talent retention, Alumni Network & Boomerang Program, Campus relations, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, Process Improvement Initiatives, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, etc.
• Global Head for Strategic HR programs, including planning, budget development, execution, evaluation, and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, the CHRO, and HR regional partners across the USA, EMEA, APAC, and SEA regions etc. to identify strategic needs and develop comprehensive people programs to address them.
• Analyse program data and produce metrics to measure and track program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Global teams & legal consultants to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR program framework and processes.
