• As an HR Intern at TestUnity (A Unit of Mindekk Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), I am gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions, with a focus on recruitment and talent management. My responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Managing job postings across multiple platforms and engaging with potential candidates.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and maintaining employee records.
• Collaborating with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Learning and applying ATS tools, HR policies, and compliance practices.
• This internship allows me to strengthen my interpersonal, organizational, and people management skills while working in a dynamic hybrid work culture.
