We envision a world, wherein 95% of the preventative diseases WILL be identified and treated by our teams and partners at the rural level and their supporting Surgical centers. • The ultimate goal of OneSight sustainable clinics is to provide universal access to individuals (defined as one days’ travel to a vision clinic, in line with the World Health Organization’s regional hospital guidelines), affordability, and awareness. In pursuit of this goal, OneSight researches countries in need and makes strategic decisions on where to establish sustainable vision centers based on: need; government and/or NGO partnerships; geographic location; security; economic stability; and several other factors. To date there are sustainable vision centers in The Gambia, Rwanda, Zambia, Liberia, South Africa, India, Bangladesh, China, Timor Leste, and throughout several school districts in the United States.
