As the CEO of Clear Skin & HairMD Clinics, I lead the overall management and strategic expansion of our Skin & Laser Treatment and Hair Transplant services — both in India and internationally. My mission is to build a patient-first ecosystem that delivers exceptional care, outcomes, and experience at every touchpoint. With over 20 years of experience in User Experience (UX), I began my journey at Human Factors International, the world’s largest UX design consulting firm. I’ve had the privilege of delivering UX solutions to clients across multiple domains and geographies, helping organizations create intuitive, user-centric systems. At Clear Skin & HairMD, I apply the same principles of design thinking and system integration to the healthcare space — developing scalable processes, robust digital presence, and high-quality clinical workflows that enhance the entire treatment journey for our patients. In addition, I actively mentor UX startups in their growth and expansion across consulting and training verticals, helping shape the next generation of UX leaders. I hold a Master’s degree in Sociology from Mumbai University and an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management.
