• Participating in the Honda R&D internship programme, designing future concepts for City EV, Sedan and SUV car classes from brand direction principles. After the initial concept design proposals a final concept class was chosen to development further into an overall final Concept Design. The programme was ran under supervision and conjunction with Honda’s main Design Studio in Tokyo, Japan. The concept proposals were aimed for the next generation of the Honda product line.

• As part of the early stages of the Evoluto Project I was hired as a freelance designer to create initial design proposals for the Exterior and Interior of the vehicle. Evoluto restores and modifies Ferrari 355’s into stunning custom vehicles by taking each model on a thorough, yet sympathetic evolutionary journey, including key performance enhancements. The project is dedicated to injecting state of the art technology and modern usability to create a car that is ‘peak analogue’.

• Looking at luxury in the abstract. Within this position and as part of a wider body of research for the Hyundai Kia Motor Group I was tasked with looking at luxury in a broader sense. With a small group of designers and artists from different disciplines we were asked to provide an individual opinion of what future luxury could be, to come up with a narrative describing our chosen area of future luxury and deliver an object, artwork our outcome that helps explain that narrative.

• As Project Coordinator I gained extensive experience in organising and planning complex projects including Ergonomic and Aerodynamic properties for clients such as Bentley, Jaguar Land Rover and Nissan. In addition to this I also arranged and chaired meetings with high profile clients, creating necessary agendas and ensuring all objectives of the project had been addressed and that all required criteria were met. Along with projects for OEM clients, I was also fortunate enough to coordinate scale model builds for three Royal College of Art students, this required frequent communication with the students to ensure that the intended design direction/finish was achieved.
