  • I was involved in the complete process of creating a campaign flowchart for campaigns under diverse programmes. Under a productive team, I worked directly with Marketing Managers at Telstra to interact and understand campaign requirements to prepare a logic to ensure the correct targeting required for their Direct Marketing campaigns in multiple channels such as Direct Mail, Email, SMS and OTM. The work environment was extremely dynamic and campaigns went live in the production environment in a time-critical environment.
  • Tools I worked on during this time included IBM Unica Campaign Management, Teradata, Toad and needed a moderate level understanding of raw SQL queries and Shell scripting.
