The work involved enhancing delivery capabilities, build further organization capabilities to deal with emerging opportunities, customer interactions, proposal preperation and presentation and incubating Center of Exellence.

• Worked on entire lifecycle of software developement on number of customer engagements. Involved in wide spectrum of activities from pre-sales to delivery management for some large engagements. Worked with several clients to make the offshore engagements more and more mature. Lead a solution developement team and transition the developed solution into saleable offering.
