Creation and classification of master data and transactional data and then gathering sample data which is divided into modules for the better understanding of the user and the developer to create an MVP. Testing of sample data in the to-be modules and tables across different scenarios and use-cases to create a robust and easy to use software using swim lane diagrams and use case diagrams. Post this, solution evaluation and analysis, strategy analysis, solution design, listing and phasing of functionalities and formulating the future system. In the next phase, creating wireframes, prototype and documentation is done followed by database architecture. Final deliverables include Business Analysis plan, Business Case, Business Requirement Specification, Functional and Non-Functional Specification and the complete business plan.
