• I have worked with Morgan Stanley within listed sales and trading area during 2005 -2014. During my tenure, I have been actively involved in developing listed assets trading systems like OMW, Carbon, Passport and enabling India trading desk.
• I lead Passport (MSET DMA platform) development globally and responsibilities involved
• Partnering with MSET (Morgan Stanley Electronic Trading) in devising short/long term product strategy, helping on opportunities to onboard new asset classes, clients and corresponding ROI.
• Leading the dev effort for the product with overseeing developers across multiple locations globally.
• Handling complex deployment to 1000+ external clients over internet, lease line and Citrix setup. Very stable deployment and emphasis on stability while upgrading the system.
• Interfacing with India trading desk and overseeing technology (internal trading systems) deployment.
• Mentored/trained over 150+ people globally (across NY, LN, HK, TK, SH, Budapest and Mumbai).
• Have developed a very strong second line globally so that I can transition out of my role.
• Played critical role in setting up Bangalore office and lead the hiring effort for equity front/middle office.
