• Summary- Work was primarily focused on providing Fraud strategy, data insights & deep-dive & segmentation analysis to help banks & merchants. Listed are the major projects I worked upon-
• Fraud Detection & Mitigation for 10+ Banks
• Detection of fraudulent transaction of Banks and creating strategies to mitigate fraud using Strategy tree in Angoss platform
• This Fraud strategy saved banks $200k-$1500K on an average annually
• Initiated and supervised the complete automation of creating Fraud mitigation strategies, reducing time of project execution from 7 days to 1 day. This effort was very well appreciated from top management
• Flight travel analysis for a major bank in UK & other markets
• New flight data deep-dive to help a major UK bank in targeting customer during their travel
• Pitched this idea to top management for new market roll-out and created a product to help Banks target the customers who booked a flight through them to target them during their travel
• South Africa's Bank credit card portfolio diagnostics
• TRIPS segmentation (Transactor, Revolver, Inactive, Paydown, Savers) to recommend optimized behavior like increasing credit limit for good rated customers & decreasing interest rate for low risk-averse customers
• Segmentation to study how actively customers are spending in different categories and recommending campaign for enhanced customer activity
• Executed this project in stringent timeline & limited bandwidth
• Patent application filed in US on Blockchain technology
• Patent filed to solve the major concern of huge electricity consumption due to mining in blockchain. The solution employs proof of commitment instead of PoW to make this technology sustainable

• Major Hotel Merchant Affinity analysis
• Major hotel chain in UAE wanted to increase their customer's spend in the F&B offering via existing co-branded card. Objective was to find identify cardholders who do not spend in Hotel's F&B and find affinity with where they tend to spend more often, so as for effective marketing placement
• Fraud Analytics for Commercial portfolio of US Bank.
• Designed fraud mitigation strategy using MC fraud detection score, Falcon score, velocity variables & other variables.
• Traveled to US for client meeting to better understand the portfolio & objectives

• Worked with US major bank by delivering various analysis and ad-hoc requests including-
• i. Holiday period (US) spend tracking for the Bank. Received an award for hardwork, timely delivery and playing an essential role in keeping the Program with Issuer alive for the next 2 years
• ii. Benchmarking creation for all the Bank’s Product
• Worked on a Canada Destination insight project by providing reports illustrating people coming in Canada from various regions of US and their activity.
• i. Quarterly semi-automated delivery and tracking data and insight for 2 years
• ii. Developed intriguing algorithm & logic to aid in creation of desired outcome

• The Internship was focused on on-boarding merchants of different industries, maintaining client database, Vendor management, Guerrilla Marketing, Competitors Analysis and Out-of-home advertisement.
• In the process, I on-boarded 28 merchants, conducted market survey of 120 small merchants and studied business model of 16 competitors.
• Experienced a Brand transition from Qlivery to DoneThing.

• Managing the website content, worked on wordpress.
• Designing through Photoshop, updating and sending Newsletters on daily basis.
• Learned about Tax laws on buying property in different countries
• Gained experiences of startup culture.
