My team and I are responsible for creating products, processes and systems that accelerate user-growth, user-engagement and monetization of the business. Presently, at Shiksha.com, my team and I are building B2C and B2B products for Students, Universities/Colleges, and our Sales, Marketing, Operations & Content teams. Earlier I led the Product Management teams (both Consumer and Enterprise) of Naukri.com and Jeevansathi.com. Prior to my MBA, I worked in Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Australia, United States and India to provide Real-Time Formation Evaluation and Drilling Optimisation services on offshore oil rigs. I enjoy teaching, so on a few weekends a year, I conduct workshops/lectures on Product Management, Analytics and Design Thinking at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad/ Mohali, and SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
