At Yabx, we're building the future of financial services, with the help of an incredibly talented, mission-driven team. Previously in my career, I've designed and coded carrier grade telecom switches at Hughes Software, a company acquired by KKR. Post that, I worked as a consultant with Opera Solutions (now known as ElectifAI) , where we built the world’s largest library of pre-built machine learning models mostly working with banks in the US, Europe and India. As a result, I worked on massive amounts of data to solve business problems. Opera Solutions raised growth investment from Silverlake, Accel and Tola Capital At Comviva, I was heading the Channel Partnerships selling and deploying payments and other financial products to 17 countries in Africa. Our prime customers were Telecom Operators and Banks. I have an MBA at INSEAD, attending both campuses in France and Singapore.

Comviva has the most advanced and comprehensive mobile financial services platform and powers the largest number of consumer wallets in the world. It works with large Wallet Providers and Telco groups to offer the platform which caters to multiple customer segments including unbanked and under-banked.
The wallet platform ushers in an evolution in mobile commerce by integrating payments, identity, loyalty, mobile marketing, location and social features. It leverages NFC (HCE), BLE, QR Codes, biometrics, geo fencing and sound based payments creating frictionless payments.
It equips un-banked and under-banked consumers with a stored value account linked to their mobile number enabling them to perform multiple financial transactions including domestic and international money transfer, bill payments, merchant payments, bulk payments, ticketing, savings, loans and insurance.
My roles in Comviva have been a mix of Product and Partnerships. At its peak, I was incharge of running Asia Pacific across 17 countries. I was also the Chief Marketing Officer for the firm during this period.

My key role as an enterprise architect was to develop the GPRS/3G SGSN enterprise solution. During which I worked on various Protocols like SMS, SS7, GMM, SM, GTP, CAMEL, ATM, and Sigtran. I also worked on writing Device Drivers and System Software on Unix, Linux and VxWorks.
