About

As Director of Product Management at Delhivery, I own two critical charters: client experience (including client onboarding funnel) and value-added services. I lead the product roadmap for Delhivery One - our unified client application that brings B2C Express, PTL Cargo, and Cross-border services into one place for 30,000+ SMB and D2C clients. I along with my team have built our value-added services portfolio: Delhivery Protect for loss and damage coverage, RTO predictor, and Consignee Communications. In addition, I lead charter for Gen AI-driven claims management, intracity fleet procurement and Accounts Receivables - billing, invoicing, collections - for our Express and PTL businesses. Prior to Delhivery, I worked at FabHotels scaling operations across India while increasing gross margins, at PayU on fintech partnerships and process optimization, and at EY helping global companies reduce their direct and indirect costs. Started my career with internships at Cambridge Judge Business School and UBC Canada, after graduating from IIT Delhi. I love solving complex problems and what excites me about product management is that it gives me an opportunity to solve problems at scale and to delight the customer on a daily basis. I currently operate at the intersection of AI, logistics and product management. Outside of work, I like to run, cycle, read, and write.
