• JSW BPSL- Upgradation of existing SBQ line from 0.5 to 0.6 MTPA.
• Rungta Mines Ltd- Supply of 0.5+0.45 MTPA Rebar MillI
• In charge for the follow up for all the project stages, from the job order upto final acceptance of the mill by the customer, in order to optimize and reduce all the key factors, like cost and time, complying with contractual obligations, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Job Economic Analysis, Project Launch, Contract management, Proactive Problem Solving and update of the Job Enterprise Target.
• Optimization and follow up among phases of design, purchasing, production, shipment, erection and commissioning.
• Database reporting, customer invoicing, cost and budget control.
• Coordination and follow up of the subsidiaries for inter-company projects.
• Customer Responsible in order to develop and maintain professional relationships with all existing and potential clients
