• Led the mobile ride hailing app team and grew the team from 2 to 10 developers.
• Led the redesign + rewrite of the ride hailing app working in close collaboration with the design team to transform the look and feel of Gojek.
• Founded the UX engineering team to develop and standardise Gojek's design system across 20 different products. Grew the team from 2 to 15 engineers including a native Android team, iOS team and a Frontend Web team and served as Head of Engineering for UX Engineering.
