• Jointly owned the forward logistics systems from scratch. Collaborated with the operations team to understand their process, and to align on an effective technical solution (consisting of apps and web interfaces for different kinds of users), then implemented and deployed it with one more engineer. The system was used by the logistics teams in 8 different cities resulting in significant streamlining of operations.
