• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sourcing candidates for the client’s requirements (both permanent and contract).
• To stand along through the entire recruiting process of sourcing out the right candidate, submitting the profile after a thorough check of skills, visa status and availability and co-ordinate with the sales person and the candidate to schedule interviews.
• Convince the vendors & consultants (GC & US Citizens) agree to sign the Non–Disclosure Agreement before scheduling interviews and getting the project.
• Touch base with the candidates even they are in project and letting management know their concerns.
• Initial screening of the consultant using various techniques, Background check, agreement with Consultants of the applicants and coordinating for the preliminary interviews
• Recruiting all levels of professionals from entry level to senior level executives; evaluated their skill sets and determined where they may fit best for the position
• Checking the availability of the consultants and clients for the interview.
• Follow up with consultants and client for setting up the interview schedule.
• Follow up with consultants and client until the closure is made
